I remember my family always speaking of the fire with great sorrow. Tony Pilas' brother was my uncle's driver in WWII. My uncle was Dr. T.S. Wright, MD, who shared an office with my father Dr. M.P. Wright, MD, at the corner of Montrose & Cicero. My cousin, Dr. T.S. Wright, Jr., MD, now has a practice at the same location.Whenever I start to fret about an "empty nest", I remember OLA, Nancy Pilas and Carol Pilas, say a prayer and a blessing, and get on with my business. Just fyi----OLA is not forgotten.
