In 1958 I was in 4th grade in room 108. Our teacher was Sister Mary Rufina. (I am confused as when I looked at the floorplans, That classroom is listed as a first grade room. I dug out my old report card and it states that 108 was a fourth grade class.) Is there anyone who can help me with that?
At the time of the fire, my brother Ron Grzeskiewicz was in 6th grade and my brother Tom Grzeskiewicz was in the 2nd grade and I Mary Margaret Grzeskiewicz was in the 4th grade. We lived across from the convent on Avers Avenue. Our dad Casey was the Boy Scout leader along with Mr. Joe Makowski.
Where has the time flown?
I have just retired after teaching 36 years with CPS.
