About me: |
I am Robert Kameczura and am an artist and a survivor of the OLA Fire. You might want to list me among the survivors.
I have shown in several museums around the world
and fellow survivors might care to look at my work
on my website at www.kameczura.com
I am also the art and music critic for Big Shoulders Magazine
at www.sobs.org and have been active as an organizer
in the art world for a long time. I was responsible
for the campaign that created the Public Art Program
and one of the creators and first chairs of Chicago Artists Month, among other things. I have exhibited widely and internationally, including the Tokyo Metropolitan Museum, The Sakima Museum, The Rockfords Art Museum, The EAG Gallery of the Rockford Art Museum and many other galleries and art venues.
I just did the invite to the 55th anniversary
dinner for Mike Michalski.
