I am sorry that anyone had to go through such an ordeal as all of you did. My husband is Tom Baird, and we watched the video, and I was sad for several weeks. My prayers for divine healing are with you. I went to a Catholic School from first grade through third, and I was beaten up by nuns and was emotionaly scared from that for several years. I had a nun slam my face on the desk and cause my nose to bleed, and she broke my tooth and chipped the tooth. I had a nun make me stand in front of the class all day with my hands in the air because my folks did not have the money to pay my tuition. After Mom and Dad got a divorece, the Catholic Church I went to did not allow us back because of the divorece. They took the divorece out on us kids. We went to the public school where alot of bad memories went away, and I started playing the Sax and ended up with a Master's in Music. After I married Tom, I came back to the Catholic Church, and it was the worst experence one could ever have in a church. I had a priest make oral sex remarks to me and I almost had a break down from all he did to me. I went to the Bishop, and the Bishop did nothing to help me. Because I went to the Bishop, we were kicked out of the R.C.I.A. program, and it was a year before I got in the church. He sent the priest away for a few weeks, but after several years of this priest hitting on married women over the years, they finally retired him. The Bishop found out this priest has a kid by a married womwn. I think the church would have done nothing, but because of the pediphile deal over the past 2 years, these Bishops are forced to get rid of men who will not control themselfs. Realize that this church is a perverted church. The nuns were not college grads, and there Ed.Psy. was way off. Now days a nun must be state cert. to teach in any school.
