About me: |
When I read “To Sleep with the Angels”, I became deeply moved, saddened, and angered by all the events that took place before, during, and after the fire. Although I was born 11 years after the fire, the book was written in such a way that it placed you in the shoes of everyone involved on that day.
My father was a second year medical student at St. Anne’s Hospital on that day. I asked him if he had any involvement with helping any of the victims. He only told me that the OLA school fire was very tragic and did not want to go into too much detail.
