I will never forget Dec 1st. I like all the other survivors lost many friends. One of my best friends was Nancy Pilas...the last thing I said to her was just after lunch on Dec 1st. I told her I had to have my mother put a hook on my coat...because it was a fire hazard!!! I told her I would see her after school. Unfortunately that never happened!!!
