I'm currently a student at Brigham Young University and my father was in the Lady of Angels fire. He never spoke much about it however he still has some original articles and pictures of his deceased classmates. His name is James Erbstoesser. He jumped from a window before crushing his legs and escaping death. Their isn't much information about him here on this site but I know he would be interested in hearing your stories. I'm currently doing research on this tragic event and I found this site. For any of those that may still remember my father, he has become a great man with five boys and a grandchild. My brothers and I have had the oppurtunity to make positive contributions to our community and experience wonderful things in our lives which we're very grateful for. I was very saddened by this tragedy after learning more about it and I have gained a much greater appreciation for the victims and their families. I pray that all of those related to this event are at peace and making the most of their lives. Feel free to respond to this message.
