Where: Holy Family Family Church
1080 W. Roosevelt Road

A Reception will follow the Mass in the Church Hall
Note: FOLA is providing free bus service from St. Francis Borgia Church (8033 W. Addison) to Holy Family Church and back. If you wish to ride the bus, call 1-877-OLA-DEC1 to reserve a seat. Please pass this information to everyone you know who may wish to ride the bus. Bus will leave Borgia around 1:30 pm and return after the reception.

The Anniversary Mass Committee wants to ensure that family members of the children who perished in the OLA fire are accommodated with seating. To do this, we need your help.
